MusicLexis is dedicated to all language learners around the world. It is a unique dictionary that offers musical examples from popular songs in all its lexical items in order to facilitate learners' consolidation and memorisation of new vocabulary. In this way it aspires to make the world languages, even languages which are less well-known, more accessible and more fun to learn through music!

MusicLexis was created in 2015.

Two European eTwinning projects based on MusicLexis were implemented in [https://school-education.ec.europa.eu/en/etwinning/projects/musiclexis-most-fun-dictionary-ever 2016-2018] and [https://school-education.ec.europa.eu/en/etwinning/projects/musiclexis-most-fun-dictionary-ever-ii 2021]. Students from various schools in Europe took part in collaborative activities and became little lexicographers adding entries and translations to the dictionary. Both projects were awarded the European Quality Label.
